Here’s what you can expect as next steps:

  1. Please print the shipping label you received at check out and place it visible and flat on your packaged clubs. If you didn’t receive your shipping label, please click the link(s) below to find and print yours.

    We recommend keeping clubs secure and tight by wrapping or surrounding them in newspaper, tissue paper, packing peanuts, or bubble wrap.

  2. You may leave the package at a UPS drop box, a UPS Store, or give to a UPS driver.

  3. Once your trade in arrives, the Receiving Crew will inspect your clubs to ensure you’re getting a fair value. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order once the package arrives.

  4. After your old gear is checked in, we’ll send another email to let you know your reimbursement is on the way.
