If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition (with plastic still on) and have all related pieces (i.e headcover, wrench, etc.). Sorry, we do not provide return shipping label. Customer’s are responsible for all returns back to our warehouse.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns for Custom-built golf clubs and personalized accessories. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All returns will be inspected prior to credit/refund being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return after it is received in our warehouse. We'll notify you via email once product is inspected and refund is issued. We unfortunately do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
