The traditional BERES drivers, fairways, hybrid, and irons, launched in 2005, feature graphite shafts (except wedges and putters) all of which are graded from 2-Star to 5-Star.
The new line of BERES products, launched in 2022, includes the first non-Star Graded club - The BERES Black. The BERES Black model's sleek appearance and lack of star grading makes it easy for retailers and consumers to purchase.

With the new ARMRQ, the higher the grade chosen, the greater the distance performance achieved by increasing swing speed. That is, the higher the star level, the longer and farther you will hit it.
ARMRQ - 2-Stars: The flexibility from the soft mid-section and the metal hybrid 7-axis sheet at the butt creates a stable backswing to promote faster swing speeds.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition (with plastic still on) and have all related pieces (i.e headcover, wrench, etc.). Please contact Honma Customer Support for more information.
We are not able to accept returns on personalized items or custom golf. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to process your return after it is received in our warehouse. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s) and will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total minus 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Counterfeit products do not meet the quality standards or perform the same as official Honma golf products. The use of counterfeit clubs can lead to dangerous results, including injury to yourself or others.
Your serial number will be on the ferrule. The ferrule is that little bit of plastic that sits between the neck of the club and the shaft. Once you have located the serial number you can contact Honma Customer Support with a photo of the serial number and they can assist you with verifying authenticity. Please do not mail anything to Honma without instructions from the Honma Customer Support Team.
Honma does not authorize retailers to sell on Amazon or Ebay. If you make a purchase on eBay or Amazon from an unauthorized seller, there is a greater chance that the products offered are counterfeit.
You can find a list of stores authorized to sell Honma products here, or you can purchase directly from Honma's online store. If you find a deal that looks "too good to be true" then it probably is. If the price is much lower than normal, and you haven't verified the site as an authorized retailer, we recommend avoiding purchasing from that dealer.
Honma cannot repair or reimburse you for counterfeit product, but if you can provide information on the seller we may be able to stop them from taking advantage of more consumers. Ultimately, your dispute is between you and the seller of the fake product.

Simply input the clubs that you would like to obtain the value for on our trade-in page to sell to us. Choose the drop down menu asking how many pre-paid labels you will need to ship your clubs and your UPS labels will be emailed to you. Print out your label(s), place it on the box and either drop the box off at UPS or schedule a pick-up.

Yes, in most cases. Keeping our database updated with the variety of clubs manufactured can be challenging. We will determine the value of an unlisted club on an individual basis. Occasionally, unlisted clubs are not deemed acceptable. If you don't find your club listed, simply send us an email through our contact page and we will personally notify you with the value.
The typical processing lead time is between 1-3 Business days after the inventory has been delivered.
Honma Golf reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice based on inaccurate condition ratings that are submitted on our website. This is not a common occurrence but at times there are rather large discrepancies. Common sense should prevail.
Yes. As part of the Club Quote Process you must select the condition of the club from a drop down menu. Ratings are determined on a scale that ranges from new to fair. Poor clubs with excessive wear will not be accepted
