BERES

The traditional BERES drivers, fairways, hybrid, and irons, launched in 2005, feature graphite shafts (except wedges and putters) all of which are graded from 2-Star to 5-Star.

The new line of BERES products, launched in 2022, includes the first non-Star Graded club - The BERES Black. The BERES Black model's sleek appearance and lack of star grading makes it easy for retailers and consumers to purchase.

If you have been a long-time Honma customer, the BERES Black is comparable to the 2- or 3-Star model. Note that it offers fewer custom options than BERES Aizu.

BERES Black is designed for the timeless, classic golfer who is looking for a sophisticated and elegant aesthetic.

Aizu is beautifully crafted with distinctive traditional Japanese AIZU designs befitting the golf connoisseur. Aizu coating comes from the Fukushima region of Japan (home of traditional samurai culture) and is one of the traditional crafts of Japan. It became popular around 1590, and its beauty was loved by aristocrats as far away as Europe. Aizu coating is characterized by its glossy black and red lacquer and the decorations drawn on it. Combining the unmatched skills of the Honma Master Craftsmen with the most advanced materials in golf today to bring you golf clubs that reflect the best of tradition and technology and deliver premium performance for the discerning golfer.

With the new ARMRQ, the higher the grade chosen, the greater the distance performance achieved by increasing swing speed. That is, the higher the star level, the longer and farther you will hit it.

ARMRQ - 2-Stars: The flexibility from the soft mid-section and the metal hybrid 7-axis sheet at the butt creates a stable backswing to promote faster swing speeds.

ARMRQ - 3-Stars: Reinforcing strength at the butt pushes the stress over the shaft into the soft midsection, allowing the shaft to deform and recover quickly and feel the clubhead through the swing.

ARMRQ - 4-Stars: (includes 24-karat gold) The new BERES shafts feature a lower kick point to increase swing speed.

ARMRQ - 5-Stars: (includes platinum and 24-karat gold) The use of selected T1100G material throughout the shaft contributes to less torque, an improved feeling of control and the stiffness while maintaining flexibility, to produce maximum distance with the least dispersion.

Despite the golf industry's efforts, sales of counterfeit golf products to unsuspecting consumers still happen.

Counterfeit products do not meet the quality standards or perform the same as official Honma golf products. The use of counterfeit clubs can lead to dangerous results, including injury to yourself or others.

We recommend that you purchase products either directly from an authorized retailer or from https://honmagolf.com. All authentic Honma products also have a serial number that can be verified.

Your serial number will be on the ferrule. The ferrule is that little bit of plastic that sits between the neck of the club and the shaft. Once you have located the serial number you can contact Honma Customer Support with a photo of the serial number and they can assist you with verifying authenticity. Please do not mail anything to Honma without instructions from the Honma Customer Support Team.

Honma does not authorize retailers to sell on Amazon or Ebay. If you make a purchase on eBay or Amazon from an unauthorized seller, there is a greater chance that the products offered are counterfeit.

You can find a list of stores authorized to sell Honma products here, or you can purchase directly from Honma's online store. If you find a deal that looks "too good to be true" then it probably is. If the price is much lower than normal, and you haven't verified the site as an authorized retailer, then BUYER BEWARE.

Honma cannot repair or reimburse you for counterfeit product, but if you can provide information on the seller we may be able to stop them from taking advantage of more consumers. Ultimately, your dispute is between you and the seller of the fake product.

Ebay has its own policies on how to deal with a suspected counterfeit seller or listing. You can visit them online here (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/replica-counterfeit.html) then use link on that page to report a suspect seller or listing.

The best way for consumers to report internet related criminal complaints is to visit www.IC3.gov where they will walk you through reporting a suspicious website.

If you did not find the answer you were looking for or would like to verify your club is authentic via the serial number, please email Honma Customer Support with your question. Please do not mail anything to Honma without speaking with a representative, we cannot guarantee its safety or that it will be returned to you.

PAY OVER TIME

Split the cost of your purchase into 4 payments, over 6 weeks. No interest. No catch. Just more time to pay for the things you love. Buy now, pay later is an alternative to credit and gives you the flexibility to shop what you want, when you want, without breaking the bank. When you split the cost of your purchase into 4 smaller payments with Klarna, you'll never pay any interest. Ever.

When you choose to pay in 4 interest-free installments with Klarna, we will perform a credit check for the first attempt to fulfill the purchase. If you are successful in completing the purchase, we will not attempt another credit check for 12 months. When you attempt another purchase after the 12 months or if you change your address in our app or website, we will perform another credit check. This credit check will be visible on your credit report but does not directly affect your credit score. It may still affect your ability to be eligible for credit at other parties, as they can see the credit inquiry on your report and may use it as a basis for their final decision. As a responsible lender, we do not wish to grant credit to customers who may have difficulties in fulfilling payment. It is for this reason that we perform a credit check. We want to gather information about our customers to ensure that they can afford the debt before we even consider providing them with credit.
