Maximum Active Speed Slot activates at slower swing speeds and allows the entire sole to flex to create increased ball speed for distance.
Brilliant face etching communicates the internal radial-face rib technology that delivers high COR and more ball speed for distance.
The new ARMRQ 3S shafts are made in Sakata Japan using the most sophisticated materials in the industry. New high strength, shape memory twist fleuret material is used to increase energy transfer to increase your distance potential. Multi-axis metal hybrid armour fiber technology visible below the grip increases shaft strength under the hands and provides counter balance to increase swing speed. A high smash-factor design with soft mid-section increases your distance potential.
Allows one to cancel the left side of the fairway
I’ve been playing the Beres 3 star fairway woods with the Honma Tr 20 Driver for the past couple years. The fairway woods are so hot (off the face) I decided to try the 3 star driver in 9.5 degrees of loft with a stiff shaft. As much as I love the TR 20, the new Beres will be staying in the bag. The sound off the face is a bit “tingish” compared to other drivers but definitely longer & straighter right out of the wrapper. I’m a gear freak so love trying new stuff but I’ll be playing this until the magic is gone.
